I could not have been happier with my experience at Richmond Tile. The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The showroom was beautiful with a wide variety of displays that made our choices very easy. I would highly recommend Richmond Tile for all of your home renovation needs.

Point On!! Made our bathroom experience a breeze and once we kinda knew what colors and style we wanted Allison just put it together and it just flowed perfectly. Just stopped in again to do my downstairs bathroom and again Allison made it so easy. Thanks Allison and the staff of Richmond Tile.

We purchased a whirlpool bath and special order fixtures from Richmond. Rose was our salesperson. The whirlpool was an excellent product, but we did have an issue with some fixtures. We told Rose about this and she immediately contacted the manufacturer and ensured that we promptly received a replacement. Sometimes you deal with businesses and salespeople who forget about you once the sale is made. Not Rose. She worked closely with us before, during and after the sale. Her conscientious approach was greatly appreciated. Thank you Rose!

I found tile that I love for my accent wall in my shower and my floor for my new bathroom. Love both. Can't wait. Worked with Merissa. She answered all of my questions. I am very satisfied. Would recommend.

This review for Richmond Tile is specifically a five star rating for one of their employees named Rose. I selected a beautiful tile that was on backorder from Italy and had to wait several weeks. In the interim Rose always answered my question thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable in what she does. She was able to find tile chair rail moulding to match the tile exactly and she also was able to process my order diligently. Rose is extremely competent and if you order tile from Richmond Tile, she is the person to deal with. She is most definitely a huge asset to Richmond tile and a very nice woman.
